the hotel offered a fantastic base for my weekend of exploring, being just a short walk from beautiful landmarks like the Basilica of St Mary and the National Maritime Museum, making it super convenient to enjoy the local sights without any hassle.

professional, staff, close to the down town

this hotel don't have free car park in from of the door.... same room are not so salient in case of main road 7

Truly enjoyed Gdansk, the hotel was comfortable and incredibly beautiful right in the center. The rooms were big and silent, with a mini-bar, satellite television, and climate control. I found the venue's location great, not far...  

spacious room but minor noise issues

Lobbybar should be bigger

the venue was in a very central location near to the tram and the old town and train station. visited cathead for a few drinks, it was just a short stroll away from the hotel, recommend.

We really enjoyed the family-friendly atmosphere, with a lovely playroom for the kids that kept them entertained. The breakfast spread was a highlight, with healthy options and great presentation, and we loved exploring Gdansk with a fun and...  

I like the hotel a lot, tha staff were very helpful and friendly. Although I had no time to do sights, but I can tell the Old Town is within walking distance. The wifi worked fine.

The only thing I didn't like was the amount of soap/shower gel that was provided in the room (mine was single). Also, I think the price of breakfast (1/3 of the price of the room) was a little bit exaggerated and seemed another hidden extra cost of the room that is not listed on the website and that majority of people will pay anyway.

This is a very pleasant, well-appointed brand new hotel. It is very centrally located just outside of the city centre, which one can quickly reach on foot. The interior is spanking new, nicely designed & spotlessly clean. The staff were helpful & efficient....  

Cleanliness was great. And the breakfast was really good with a fantastic selection of options! The location was ideal, just a brief walk to the old town. The staff were super friendly and helpful!

Very good location, nice atmosphere. Excellent breakfast, even though it was a bit uncomfortable to get the food in a narrow long space where it was served, due to many hotel guests having their breakfast at the same time. Free boat ride was...  

Great location right next to the main Old Town of Gdansk, the staff was helpful and the reception people had great English. The buffet breakfast was very, very good.

The smoking section of the restaurant is right next to the elevators which sometimes causes them to smell really bad.

great stay but some noise issues

The big room was excellent with modern amenities. I appreciated the professional staff who were attentive to my needs. The sparkling water dispenser in the lobby was a nice touch. I enjoyed the beautiful river view from my room....  

Professional and quick service, friendly staff, high standard, was sleeping on more comfortable bed than at my home, basically whatever we asked for we got it. Tasty brakfast, close to city centre. I can recommend....  

The staff could speak English very well and were very helpful.
